Villa Dubravka is a traditional Mediterranean stone house, located just a few kilometers from the historic city of Dubrovnik. Surrounded by spacious gardens, terraces and a swimming pool, the house is just two steps away from the Adriatic Sea, which literally splashes the fence of the front terrace and garden. Guests have full access to the entire house and its amenities, outdoor space and 4 private parking spaces.
We will strive to provide our guests with the best possible treatment. We live near the villa, so we are always available to our guests if needed.
For day and half-day trips to nearby islands, we recommend our Luka. One of his speedboats is permanently moored in front of the villa.

Recently renovated, the villa offers 145 square meters of interior space on two floors. The house is fully equipped and offers 4 bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The indoor jacuzzi with beautiful large windows, sea views and a location next to the pool is one of the attractions of the house, especially on rainy days.
Surrounded by 500 square meters: a garden with Mediterranean plants, terraces with an outdoor barbecue, a large table and chairs, a swimming pool and sun loungers… What more could you want?

- The guest is required to pay a damage deposit of 500 EUR upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon handover of the keys on departure, if the Guest has not caused any damage
